The Problem:
Learning development officers (LDOs) have to create and monitor a lesson plan/ curricula for their learners. The “pathways” page is first page the LDOs land on when they want to manage their learners and assign learning. This page is very confusing and needs to be redesigned.
Persona
Learning development officer (LDO) at large enter prize company.
Typically works in the HR department and reports to the chief HR officer.
Setts up the learning pathways in Workera.
Communicates with the managers to develop the right learning path for learners.
